About Rocberg

The intelligence layer for high-trust sectors

Independent, rigorous, and forward-looking. Rocberg exists to give serious people a clear read on markets where good data is genuinely hard to find, sourced directly from the people working in them, never estimated from secondary sources.

Rocberg produces independent compensation benchmarks, market intelligence, and sector analysis for the unmanned aerial systems and space industries, sourced directly from the people working in them, never estimated or modelled from secondary sources.

01

What we publish

Our flagship publication is an annual compensation and market intelligence survey, now in its first edition across ten jurisdictions. We collect data directly from operators, engineers, and programme leaders, then analyse it with people who have done the work themselves. Where we are not yet confident in a data set, we hold the briefing back rather than fill the gap with assumptions. That is the whole point of the firm.

02

How we work

Authority comes from restraint. We gather, verify region by region, and publish plainly. Our methodology is published in full: we would rather be scrutinised than simply trusted.

03

Independent, by design

Rocberg is structurally independent. We operate alongside a small group of specialist aerospace and UAS businesses, and our data relationships with them are disclosed fully on our methodology page. Our analysis and editorial decisions are our own.

Grounded in Operational Experience

Built by people who have been inside the work, not just studied it from outside

Rocberg draws on contributors with direct operational experience across UAV programme delivery, ISR, and high-altitude platform systems, alongside specialist researchers and survey methodologists. This combination of practitioner judgement and research discipline is what allows Rocberg to ask the right questions, not just process the answers.
