Rocberg is a research and publishing division of Nicoll Global Holdings Limited (registered in England and Wales, no. 15381082). This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you visit this site, download a report, or contact us.

What we collect

When you download a report or join our research community, we collect your name, work email address, organisation, and job title where provided. When you contact us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share in your message.

How we use it

• To send the report or resource you requested
• To send occasional research updates and new report releases, if you opted in
• To respond to direct enquiries
• To understand aggregate usage of our reports, never at an individual level in published research

Survey participants

If you participate in a Rocberg survey, your individual responses are never published or shared. Only aggregated, anonymised findings appear in any report. Full detail is set out in our methodology.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share individual contact details with research or operational partners. Where a partner organisation may follow up with you commercially (for example, regarding recruitment services), this is disclosed at the point of data collection.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@rocberg.com. You may unsubscribe from any mailing list using the link provided in every email.
